Welcome to Artworks Taxidermy.  I began taxidermy in 1986 after a year long apprenticeship in the Black Hills of South Dakota. 

    After military service, I moved my family back home to Evansville and began my business.  Nineteen years of experience and my love for animals and the outdoors is evident in each piece I create.  My wife has worked full time with me for the last year mounting birds and fish.  Between their busy schedules and college, my son and daughter help out seasonally.  Michele and I are members of state and national associations, and we have won awards at both state and national benefits in professional and master's divisions.
